Privacy Policy

Summit Home Repair collects information submitted through contact forms, including name, email, phone number, service requested, project details, uploaded images, page URL, referrer, and UTM data.

How Lead Data Is Used

Lead data may be stored in Google Sheets, uploaded images may be stored in Google Drive, and email notifications may be sent through Brevo SMTP or another configured provider.

Partner Sharing

When a partner contractor is configured, submitted lead details may be shared with that partner for the purpose of responding to the service request. Owner and partner notifications are sent separately.

Tracking

Summit Home Repair does not enable analytics or click tracking by default. Tracking should be enabled only when the published privacy policy reflects it.
